We aim to be as clear as possible when it comes to communicating our fees. In every quotation we include a detailed breakdown of exactly how much each component of the project is going to cost and provide a menu of options to choose from. We even developed a free online website estimate tool that anyone can use to get a rough idea of what a website is likely to cost.

3. No Surprise Bills

All our work is covered by a fixed price agreement. This is a legally binding contract that means so long as you do not deviate from the agreed specification you will never pay more than the fee we agreed, even if it takes us much longer to complete than we predicted.

4. We Grow Through Quality Referrals

Around 80% of our business comes through customer referrals or repeat work for existing customers. We provide them with a great service, they tell everyone they know and we get more wonderful customers as a result. And because they are referred to us by people we already have a relationship with they are generally nice, polite and friendly customers to work with.
