A design concept is a complete mock up of exactly how your website will look. You may want 2 or more to choose from. The price includes up to 3 minor revisions of each design.

A template sets out where the elements are going to be placed on the page e.g. header, footer, left/right columns, text and photos. A website typically has 1 template for the home page and another for the rest of the content pages.
