If you decide to cancel your hosting account within 60 days we will refund your web hosting fees in full.

The following conditions apply:

  • When you cancel your account you must state your reason for canceling.
  • Refunds will be issued at the sole discretion of the company management. The refund will only be issued if we feel the claim is genuine.
  • You must not have violated any of our Terms and Conditions.
  • You must have used less than 50% of your monthly bandwidth allowance (the web hosting industry is a target for a common scam known as 'server hopping' where someone orders a new hosting account, uses all their allocated bandwidth, claims their refund and then moves onto the next supplier).
  • We cannot refund SSL certificate fees once your order has been processed but we can assist you in moving the certificate to your new host.
  • We cannot refund domain registration or transfer fees once your order has been processed but we can help you to transfer it to your new supplier.
